Bids marked “Athabasca Regional Waste Management Services Athabasca Regional Landfill – Cell Expansion Project" will be received through the Bids and Tenders website (https://ae.bidsandtenders.ca) up to 2:00 PM local time on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Bids submitted after the Online Bidding System closing time will not be accepted by the Online Bidding System. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the Online Bidding System shall be the official time for closing. The work involves the construction of a new landfill cell extension to the existing active landfill (Cell B), capping of the current active Cell B area, and capping of the existing Cell A.
