Proposals entitled, “Request for Proposal: Smith WTP Upgrades, Contract 1 – Preconstruction Services for the Water Treatment Upgrades” will be received electronically at kristeln@ae.ca, up to 2:00 p.m., local time, February 21, 2025. Refer to RFP package for further instructions. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced construction firms to provide Preconstruction Services for the Municipal District of Lesser Slave River No. 124 (“MD” or “Owner”), Project No. 2024-3083, Smith WTP Upgrades Project, located in the Hamlet of Smith, Alberta. The Proposals for Contract 1 shall be for Preconstruction Services required for water treatment plant upgrades and a building expansion. As further described herein, the successful Proponent may also be eligible, at the discretion of the Owner, to negotiate to enter into Contract 2 – Construction. Proponents to submit Proposals in two separate packages with technical qualifications and pricing submitted separately. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its proposal is received at the indicated location, date, and time. .2 Pricing: Submit copy of executed Proposal on Section 00 41 00 – Proposal Form as provided, signed together with Section 00 43 27 – Lump Sum Breakdown, in a single PDF file of maximum size 20MB by email, .3 Do not submit RFP Documents with Proposal Form. |
