The Work includes general construction, including the supply of all materials, equipment, products, labour, and transportation required for the Nanton Visitor Information Centre Improvements (including a rain garden and bioswale), located in Nanton, Alberta. The Work is partially funded through the Natural Infrastructure Grant and is divided into a Base Scope of Work and a Phase 2 Provisional Scope of Work. The Phase 2 Provisional Scope of Work is subject to available funding and may be executed, in whole or in part, at the Owner’s discretion.
