The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced construction firms to provide Preconstruction Services for the Village of Vilna (Owner) Reservoir Upgrade Project, located in the Village of Vilna, AB. The RFP is a two-part submission. The Owner intends to execute the project in two Contracts. This RFP is for Contract 1 - Preconstruction Services - Lump Sum Price Contract. Contract 2 is Construction: Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract. Award to the Construction Manager of Contract 2 - Construction is not guaranteed. Proposed services to be provided by a General Contractor (GC) during Contract 2 are provided in this RFP for reference only and identified as “Not Included in this RFP".
