Whitefish Lake First Nation #128 (herein referred to as the Owner) invites Prequalification Submissions from interested contractors for the construction of a new water distribution system on reserve. It is the intention of the Owner to prequalify General Contractors with distribution watermain construction, HDD trenchless pipe installation, and environmental experience, as well as experience with start-up, and commissioning of a major water distribution system.
Prequalification is the first of a two-stage procurement process. The first stage involves the invitation and selection of Respondents that meet the requirements of the Prequalification. The second stage will be to invite the prequalified General Contractors to submit Tenders for the Invitational Tender to be issued at a later date by the Owner. |
