The Athabasca Regional Waste Management Services Commission (ARWMSC) invites bid submissions from Contractors for the design and construction of a new operations and maintenance building. Electronic bids will be received through Bids and Tenders (https://ae-ab.bidsandtenders.ca) online bidding system up to 2:00 PM local time on Friday, October 16, 2026. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing. Contract Documents will be available on Bids and Tenders (https://ae-ab.bidsandtenders.ca) on or after Thursday, September 24, 2026. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time. The Work involves the design and construction of a new operations and maintenance building, including associated site development, utilities, building systems, equipment coordination, commissioning, and closeout at the Boyle Regional Landfill. |
