The Town of Valleyview invites interested bidders to submit tenders for the 2026 Critical Infrastructure Repairs project located in Valleyview, Alberta.

Electronic bids will be received through Bids and Tenders (https://ae-ab.bidsandtenders.ca) up to 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Bids submitted after the online bidding system closing time will not be accepted by the online bidding system. The time as indicated by the declining time clock on the online bidding system shall be the official time for closing.

Contract Documents will be available on Bids and Tenders on or after Thursday, May 14, 2026. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time using Bids and Tenders.

The Work involves critical infrastructure repairs comprising: 
•    the installation of five (5) insertion valves; 
•    replacement of approximately 415 m of asbestos cement (AC) watermain; 
•    installation of one (1) new fire hydrant; 
•    completion of sanitary sewer spot repairs; and 
•    construction of one (1) new sanitary manhole and associated sanitary sewer main.

The portion of work along 49 Street is provisional pending project funding.
