The Capital Region Parkland Water Services Commission (CRPWSC) invites Prequalification Submissions from interested contractors for the construction of a new 450 mm and 350 mm diameter water transmission pipeline and fill station construction. It is the intention of the Commission to prequalify General Contractors with water transmission pipeline installation (open cut, vertical trenching), trenchless pipe installation (micro tunneling, auger boring), and environmental experience, as well as experience with multi-discipline (civil, process mechanical, electrical, structural) construction, start-up, and commissioning. The Prequalification is the first of a two-stage procurement process. This stage involves selecting the Respondents that meet the requirements of the Prequalification, who will be invited to submit Tenders for the Invitational Tender to be issued in February 2024 by the Commission.
