Heart Lake First Nation (herein referred to as the Owner) invites Prequalification Submissions from General Contractors (herein referred to as the Applicant), interested in completing the General Construction Contract for Heart Lake First Nation Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Intake Upgrades project. It is the intention of the Owner to prequalify Applicants with relevant experience in completing water treatment plant and intake upgrades in coordination with active operations during construction.

The Prequalification is the first of a two-stage procurement process. This first stage involves selection of interested firms with suitable qualifications. The second stage will be to invite prequalified Applicants to submit an Invitational Tender, to be issued at a later date by the Owner.
